2. Enquiries and Quotations

All enquiries are subject to availability.

Any quotation or proposal provided by us may be based on the information supplied by the client, including event date, venue, guest count, menu requirements, and service requirements.

A quotation does not constitute a confirmed booking unless the booking has been formally accepted and the required advance payment has been received.

3. Booking Confirmation

A catering booking is considered confirmed only after:

• The required booking information has been provided.

• The final services and requirements have been agreed upon.

• The applicable advance payment has been received.

• Booking confirmation has been provided by FNV Caterers.

Availability may change until the booking is officially confirmed.

4. Menu and Service Changes

Menus, ingredients, presentation, serving arrangements, and other service details may be adjusted where necessary due to seasonal availability, supplier availability, venue restrictions, or other operational requirements.

Any significant changes to an agreed arrangement will be communicated to the client wherever reasonably possible.

5. Guest Count

The client is responsible for providing accurate guest-count information.

Changes to the guest count may affect the final quotation and service arrangements. Additional charges may apply for increases in guest numbers or additional requirements.

6. Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements

Clients should inform FNV Caterers of any known food allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, or special food requirements before the event.

Although reasonable care may be taken to accommodate such requirements, food preparation environments may involve multiple ingredients and allergens. Clients should discuss specific requirements with our team in advance.

7. Pricing and Payments

Prices are based on the agreed scope of services and event requirements.

Additional charges may apply for services or requirements that were not included in the original quotation.

Applicable taxes, transportation, venue-related costs, additional staffing, equipment, or other agreed expenses may be charged separately where applicable.

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary depending on the nature, size, timing, and preparation requirements of the event.

Any applicable refund, cancellation charge, or rescheduling arrangement will be governed by the terms communicated and agreed at the time of booking.

9. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate event information and ensuring that FNV Caterers has reasonable access to the venue and sufficient time and facilities required to perform the agreed services.

The client must also inform us of any venue restrictions, special permissions, access requirements, or other conditions that may affect catering operations.

10. Photography and Marketing

Where appropriate, FNV Caterers may photograph food presentation, décor, or event setups for portfolio and marketing purposes.

If a client does not wish their event or identifiable guests to be used for promotional purposes, they should communicate this to us before the event.

11. Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on our website is accurate and up to date. However, menus, prices, availability, photographs, descriptions, and service details may change without prior notice.

Website images may be used for illustrative purposes and actual presentation may vary depending on the event, venue, menu, and service requirements.
